Mike Fisher, the ‘brains behind BAAM’ has over 26 years of experience in the field of personal and professional development. Mike has become known as one of the leading experts in the field of anger management in the UK and has contributed to many radio interviews, magazine and newspaper articles and television documentaries including ‘NASTY BOSSES’, ‘THE ANGRIEST MAN IN BRITAIN’, ‘LOSING IT’, ‘ VIOLENT FATHERS’ with Kilroy Silk, ‘BIG BROTHER’S LITTLE BROTHER’ and a 1-hour programme for BBC3 ‘CAN’T STOP LOSING MY COOL’ in March 2005. As well as a very potent documentary produced by Landmark Films for Channel Five called ‘BEAT IT: ANGRY WITH MY FATHER’.
Due to the growing demand for anger management literature Rider Books, part of Random House publishers commissioned Mike Fisher to write a book from his unique perspective called ‘BEATING ANGER’ published in February 2005. Over 65 000 copies have been sold since its release. His second book, ‘MINDFULNESS AND THE ART OF MANAGING ANGER’ was published by Leaping Hare Press in 2012. It has since been translated into Spanish.
Mike originally trained in psychosynthesis with the Institute of Psychosynthesis, completed a Diploma in Individual Psychology and Adlerian Counselling with the Adlerian Society of Great Britain, as well as a Diploma in Humanistic Psychology and Group Facilitation with the Institute for the Development of Human Potential, affiliated with the University of Surrey. He has also trained in multi-culturalism, Imago Therapy and The Gottman Method for couple’s work, Trauma Incident Reduction Therapy (TIR) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
Mike was co-founder of the Centre for Men’s Development in London and facilitated a men’s group for 13years. He became centre director for the Mankind Project and continued to participate in men’s work for 13 years alongside founding BAAM. All this contributes to Mike bringing his own unique blend of different models, theories and practical applications to this challenging and specialised field of anger management making the integration of the work enjoyable, fun and exciting. His wealth and depth of knowledge and experience gives clients the added benefit of his expertise.

Linda Bolland began her coaching career in 1979 in Los Angeles. She worked for Centrum of Hollywood, Lifeline. Lifeline was a 24-hour telephone crisis line for distressed and troubled people. She worked on the telephone helpline, coaching and using counselling skills with people experiencing multiple issues causing them anxiety and distress. She also managed the Centrum Hostel for Women in Hollywood, California. In which, she engaged woman, aged 14 –30, using coaching and counselling skills. Linda completed an Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology at Rio Hondo College, Whittier, California (l978).
Upon taking up residency in the United Kingdom (1988) Linda continued her career supporting people with Hampshire County Council Youth Service. She continued developing her coaching and facilitating skills by undertaking the Hampshire County Council Youth Work Qualification (l996), NVQ Level 4 Certificate in Facilitation Skills, Eastleigh College, Southampton (2001) and the Dip He in Youth and Community Work, Brunel University (2006). She is currently undertaking a Masters Degree with Brunel University in Youth and Community Work.
In l997 she undertook research for the West Surrey Health Authority on Mental Health provision for the homeless. She also completed research for Hampshire County Council, Hart District Council and the Blackwater Valley PCT on Access to Services for Substance Misusers in June 2000.
In September 2003 Linda began training in Anger Management with BAAM. She completed her training in July 2004. Linda has co-developed a programme of Anger Management for young people, which has been successfully delivered in London. She delivers one to one coaching sessions in Anger Management for Social Services Education and on a private basis.
In addition to Anger Management, she is also trained in the Triple P Parenting, is a trained Domestic Violence facilitator for male groups with the Hampton Trust, and she is also trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction.
About Snake (Craig) Bloomstrand –

Snake Bloomstrand has facilitated hundreds of large groups worldwide and is respected for his unique facilitation style. He is an Author, Artist, Executive Mentor and Transition expert with many years of experience and many grateful clients.
For over 25 years, Snake Bloomstrand has designed and produced educational programs and workshops for corporate or non-profit organizations, including topics such as anger management, ‘building corporate culture,’ and workplace conflict. He has facilitated well over 200 workshops on a wide range of business process, interpersonal skills, and transformative techniques. Currently he serves as leader emeritus of an international men’s educational organization
His polished specialty is collaborative facilitation; he believes we learn best in the company of others. Snake explains, “Through the ages people have gathered together to learn about human emotion from listening to and sharing their stories.”
His passion to cultivate greater emotional literacy and understanding of our ‘whole selves’ as men and women provided Snake with many unique experiences over the past three decades. He taught personal accountability weekends in challenging environments and cultures, including maximum-security prisons in the United States. Shortly after apartheid ended in South Africa Snake facilitated workshops aimed at building relationships spanning racial divides. He is at ease consulting C-level executives, lecturing groups of 100+ or coaching re-entry programs serving war veterans. He is well versed in the emotions anger and stress cause and the harm they can produce, which represent a great foundation for his writing and teaching.
Snakes ability to synthesize complex concepts, inspire trust and facilitate with both gravity and humor is valued by participants. He is a writer, artist, executive mentor and emotional agility expert with thousands of appreciative clients across the globe.
